Central Valley Dentists is a dental information and referral service. We collect information you submit, such as contact details, location, insurance, and care needs, so we can respond to a request or route it to an appropriate dental office.

Information we collect

We may collect form submissions, account information from dental offices, correspondence, email-update preferences, and basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, referring page, and site activity. An email signup on a free tool records the email address, patient or dental-office audience, consent, and the tool where the signup occurred. It does not attach calculator entries to the email address. Do not send medical records or highly sensitive clinical details through a general contact form.

How we use and share information

We use information to operate the directory, respond to requests, send updates you requested, prevent abuse, improve the service, and comply with law. If you ask to be matched, we may share the request with dental offices that may be able to help. An email-update signup is not shared with a dental office as a referral request. We do not sell personal information.

Google Maps Platform

Some directory information is provided through Google Maps Platform. Your use of Google-provided features is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy. Google may process technical information as described in its policy.

Retention and choices

We retain submissions only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, legal obligations, and fraud prevention. Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe. You may also ask to unsubscribe or to access, correct, or delete information you submitted by completing the contact form.
