Your profile starts with the public Google Business data so nothing’s blank on day one. Once you claim, you can override services, insurance accepted, hours, and the patient-facing summary.

A real backlink to your verified local profile. Most patients won’t click it, but the ones who do are already on your site looking for a reason to trust you.

A patient fills out the form on your page, it goes to you. We don’t resell the same inquiry to three offices and start a race.
Email, with reply-to set to the patient
Your front desk gets the email, hits Reply, and is talking to the patient. The full inquiry history is also in your /manage view if you want it.
